Highlighting Diversity in Agile
As a member of this agile community, your voice, your background, and your experience are part of the driving force that leads to the transformative, dynamic, and disruptive solutions agilists come up with every day. As part of amplifying voices historically underrepresented in agility, Scrum Alliance is committed to cultivating inclusivity and diversity in the spaces we create. As part of that commitment, we've partnered with Women in Agile and Agile in Color to amplify essential perspectives at the Munich gathering.
Agile in Color is an initiative that creates spaces for and spotlights global POC coaches, trainers, and thought-leaders in the agile community. At the gathering, Agile in Color is featuring three lightning talks from agile trailblazers. Learn more about Agile in Color and the lightning talks here.
Women in Agile is a nonprofit that encourages and empowers women in the agile community. At Global Scrum Gathering Munich, they have a program called Launching New Voices. Prior to the event, women from the agile community applied and were accepted to the program, where they were mentored and given the opportunity to present at the gathering. Here, you can learn more about Women in Agile and their efforts in Munich.
Coaching Clinic
The experienced Scrum Alliance Certified Agile Coaches at the Coaching Clinic will talk through any obstacles, challenges, or scenarios you've encountered on your journey. Your session with the agile coach is one-on-one so that you can enjoy dedicated time and individual attention. Don't miss the chance to swap ideas and get personalized tips from an experienced coach.
Relax Room
The Relax Room is a safe and inclusive space where conference attendees can take a break. We'll have fidget toys, white noise, and soft seating to help you forget about the hustle and bustle around you for a few moments so you can fully participate in the gathering. It serves as a reminder that self-care and well-being are essential components of any conference experience.
